2. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of this website and all customers who book or purchase coaching services, online courses, digital products, or access the member area/community provided by After-Awakening.

By accessing this website or booking any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Services Offered

We provide:

- 1:1 and group coaching services

- Online courses and digital content

- A member area and online community (e.g. private group)

All services are provided to consumers (B2C) worldwide.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking or purchasing, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

5. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Paid appointments:

- Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to **24 hours before** the scheduled session.

- If you do not show up without an emergency reason, the **full session fee will be charged**.

- Emergency reasons must be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

Consumed sessions (fully or partially delivered) must be paid in full.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible within a maximum of **14 days**, provided:

- A **valid and reasonable explanation** is given, and

- The request is communicated clearly by the client.

Sessions or services that have already been consumed or started are **non-refundable** and must be paid.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where services have already been delivered (course) or where misuse is suspected.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

For digital content and services, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may expire once the service has begun, provided the customer has expressly agreed to this and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

8. Disclaimer & No Guarantees

Our coaching, courses, and content are for educational and personal development purposes only.

We do **not guarantee specific results**. Outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and personal responsibility.

Our services do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, texts, videos, concepts, and designs are the intellectual property of After-Awakening or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent.

10. Member Area & Community Rules

Users agree to:

- Act respectfully and lawfully

- Not share confidential or paid content

- Not harass, promote hate, or violate third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove users from the community without refund in case of violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

12. Data Protection (GDPR / DSGVO)

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).
